Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Because our mouse pads are custom-made products, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under specific circumstances:

The item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The item was not received within the expected timeframe due to an error on our part.

A manufacturing or printing issue resulted in a product that does not match your order description or design.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Custom mouse pads designed or personalized by the customer (unless defective).

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Orders where the wrong shipping address was provided.

Discounted or clearance items (unless they arrive defective).
3. Refund Process
Once your return or refund request is received and inspected:

You will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us again.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect. In such cases, LunarReflux will provide a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your returned item reaches us safely.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. Once a custom order is in production, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the original design. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [support@lunarreflux.com] with photos and a description of the issue.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation:

Recheck your bank account.

Contact your credit card company or payment processor, as processing times may vary.
