Each LunarReflux mouse pad is made to order with care and precision.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be prepared before shipment.

  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may extend slightly.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We currently offer domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL.

  • United States (3–7 business days) - Standard shipping via USPS or UPS

  • Canada (7–14 business days) - Customs may cause minor delays

  • Europe (10–18 business days) - Duties and taxes may apply

  • Rest of World (12–21 business days) - Delivery time varies by destination

  • Note: Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

  • Free Shipping is available for U.S. orders over $50 USD.

  • International shipping rates will be displayed before payment.
